2007 Hunt Yachts Surfhunter
Rarely does a boat come on the market that is both stunning to look at and loves a good chop to show off her seakeeping abilities. The Hunt Surfhunter 29 is such a boat. "Watch Out" was built by the present owner and has had only light seasonal use (under 500 hours on the engine).
Powered with an economical single Volvo 375hp gas engine, and a bit of a rarity on the 29s, autopilot!
"Watch Out" has a Flag Blue hull, green bottom paint, red boot top, teak toe rail and tan canvas. Yes a beauty!
The Surfhunter 29 remains a fun and practical boat for day use with an interior that places overnights and weekends within easy reach. She has the same superb Hunt deep-V performance that has made her little sister one of the venerable boats in the rough waters of Southern New England. In the 29, the extra four feet of length is split between the cockpit and the interior. With that length and an additional foot and a half in the beam, there are more generous dimensions below and more move-around space on deck. Plus, the scaled up hull and cabin give additional, desired inches of headroom without impacting on the sleek Surfhunter profile and instantly recognizable “Hunt-style”.
