2014 Hunt Yachts Surfhunter 29
Prestige Yacht Sales is pleased to represent “Unplugged” a 2014 Surfhunter 29 built by Hunt Yachts, Portsmouth RI, and designed by C. Raymond Hunt design. Built for its current owners, this Surfhunter 29 shows beautifully.Designed with a patriotic color theme, her interior and exterior exude a classic American vibe. From her navy hull with white accents and red and blue seating, to her Ralph Lauren fabrics "Unplugged" gives you that classic picnic boat feel. Her flag blue hull, white canvas, and contrasting “oyster” non-skid, compliments this truly “classic design”. "Unplugged" is powered with a Volvo D-6 electronic controlled diesel engine, and for navigation she has a Garmin 5212 12” color HD radar/plotter/fish finder/and 4kw dome.
This Surfhunter 29’s handsome looks are complimented by varnished teak coaming boards, a teak “Harrier style” toe rail, and teak “eyebrow" on the deck cabin. To keep you cool on those warm summer days, "Unplugged" has the optional 16,000 BTU air conditioning system which cools both below decks and the bridge deck. The helm area also has the optional port side companion seat so your "mate" can see forward while you cruise comfortably in this Deep-V design..
A recent boating magazine described the Surfhunter 29 very well...
A traditional New England coastal cruiser, the Surfhunter 29 features classic styling, a high-performance pedigree, cozy creature comforts and the confidence to boldy go wherever your adventures lead. Whether your plans include a day of fishing, an overnight at anchor or a cruise up the coast, the Hunt Deep-V guarantees a fast, dry and comfortable ride. From Cape Cod to Catalina, the Surfhunter's enduring good looks and perfect union of form and function will turn heads and attract compliments.
Unplugged is one of the last Surfhunter 29's to be built with the Volvo diesel option. All recent 29's as well as future builds will only be offered with outboards. If you are looking for the "true" Hunt ride with the weight of the engine "mid ships", schedule a sea trial today, you will not be disappointed.

The popularity of our Surfhunter 25 generated interest in this larger version. In the 29, the extra four feet of length is split between the cockpit and the interior. With that length and an additional foot and a half in the beam, there are more generous dimensions below and more move-around space on deck.
The Surfhunter 29 is a fun and practical day-boat that allows you to change your mind and spend a night aboard without any compromise in comfort. And running, she has the same superb Hunt Deep-V performance, proven in the rough waters of southern New England, that makes Hunt designs legendary.
The standard Surfhunter 29 features a helmseat, L-shaped settee, and a custom teak bridgedeck table. Like her little sister, the engine box doubles as extra seating and there is an optional, removable stern seat. Accommodations below include a fully enclosed head, v-berth, and galley with microwave and refrigerator as standard features.
