New Mezzanine Seating
The 30 FE debuts a new feature available also on the 33 FE- a new Mezzanine seating leaning post with built in coolers, room for fridge and tackle storage, and a comfortable aft-facing seat to watch the baits or just enjoy the view.
Multi-Purpose Aft Bulkhead Design
A massive fishbox/cooler, with optional coldplates, located on centerline will not only hold your fresh catch of the day but also food, drinks, and whatever else you can think of. The port-side livewell offers volume and doesn’t encroach on aft cockpit space. The aft wall bench seat tucks away when not in use, to optimize aft cockpit space.
Simple, Yet Comfortable and Useful Forward Seating
On any Center Console, the forward cockpit is just as important as the aft cockpit. The forward seating offers ample storage and a comfortable place to lounge, and is convertible into a sunpad or casting platform.
FE Family Edition
The Southport 30 represents a new step forward in the design and layout of the mid-sized member of the
Southport center console lineup. The new design increases space on deck and adds modern touches to the layout. The 30 offers increased aft and forward cockpit space for fishing and entertaining, with some all new features including insulated transom fishbox (in addition to the classic floor boxes), newly designed mezzanine seating, rear swim decks, and an even more comfortable console interior.
Although it is a Family Edition layout, the 30 FE provides the dual-purpose functionality that makes the boat so desirable as a fishing platform on Saturday and a family entertainer on Sunday. Forward seating converts into a casting deck or Sunpad, and the folding aft beck seat quickly converts the back of the boat from lounge space to fishing space in a snap.
